Tourette was once considered a rare and bizarre syndrome, most often associated with the exclamation of obscene words or socially inappropriate and derogatory remarks (coprolalia), but this symptom is present in only a small minority of people with Tourette.
Tourette is way more. Did you know that:
– 1 in 100 people is affected!
– motor tics like eye blinking are much more common than swearing tics!
– every move you see in this video is a motor tic!
– every sound you hear in this video is a vocal tic!
The more people that know this, the earlier children get diagnosed and are able to receive threatment.
